JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

* Project Implementation – take responsibility for clients implementations. This involves scoping the project with the client as well as managing project planning and billing reviews. There is also a technical element, involving data import and system configuration. Managing tasks and Projects Priorities workload and critical activities to ensure that the project actions are delivered on time and within the timescales set. Identify potential project issues and agree best course of action with the customer. Monitor the implementation project keeping communications with the client on project progress and issue resolution.

* Customer Relationship Management – Maintaining a trusted relationship with the customer, to ensure confidence is maintained throughout the project. Complete project work reports to record visit information. Work with clients to assess their corporate needs and requirements in order to determine the best approach. Understand the customer market and business sector to provide appropriate advice. Carry out demonstrations via web tools or at a client site with the ability to discuss functionality at board level.

* TRAINING – Work with clients to provide quotations or proposals for either new business or additional project sales and ensure that appropriate follow up is completed to close the business and ensure details are forwarded for billing. Technical knowledge and expertise in relevant areas. Conducts trainings on a pre-set schedule basis in order to ensure maximization on the product purchased thus creating rapport to existing clients.
